I work as a consultant or contractor (short-term or long) on a wide variety of projects falling under transmedia entertainment, alternate reality gaming, and/or urban play. Most of my work is in advertising, marketing, and entertainment, but I also work with companies and organizations on corporate training, communications & team-building. My work has included:

Transmedia and/or ARG Campaigns: Currently, I am most interested in work that involves the planning and design of campaigns to be launched after July 18, 2010 (ARGFest). That is not to say that I wouldn’t consider your project if it will be live before then- it all depends on what is needed and the intensity of the work involved. I’ve built up quite the network of fellow freelancers, so feel free to contact me and, if it won’t fit with my schedule, I should be able to help you find the perfect person or team for your needs.

Consulting: This is a perfect time to bring me on as a consultant – which is something I really enjoy doing and have done so with everyone from network executives to ad agencies and from non-profits to big businesses. I’ve even helped out a few governments. Travel isn’t an issue (I love it!) and, over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with people all over the world.

Speaking: I’m always interested in speaking engagements. I especially love talking about the current trends and recent history of alternate reality gaming & transmedia entertainment. I have also spoken on the power of play, effectively using games in corporate settings, location-based games and services, engaging online communities, and other similar topics.
